Stress is an unavoidable effect of living. It has been also found to be linked to coronary heart disease, psychosomatic disorders, and various other mental and physical problems. Stress can be treated by a combination of counseling or psychotherapy and medication.

It seems to be common knowledge that women are generally busier and more stressed than men, that they juggle more roles and are constantly rushing. Parents protect, punish ,reject, reward, love ,demand their children in order to discipline them. A study done on impact of stressful life events on parent child relation focuses on this aspect that parents who are stressed whether have impact on their parent child relationship.

For this, a sample of 50 women in the age group of 25 to 45 yrs who had adolescent children were for the study. The standardized tools namelyPresumptive Stressful Life Events Scale by Singh , Kaur & Kaur and Parent Child Relationship Scale by Nalini Rao were introduced to the sample to collect the data for the study.

I am so cross with the medical profession, Colin's Dr was saying he was trying to get Colin's blood pressure under control, surely it would have been better to help him with his anxiety which was causing his blood pressure to go up in the first place along with anxiety the side effect from the medication he was taking for his blood pressure, had the medical profession had got any common sense at all they would realise that if Colin was anxious this should have been the first thing to address because once his anxiety had been sorted out his blood pressure would have come down.
My argument with the medical profession has always been that they are too quick to give out tablets which they do not know the long term effects are going to be. They do not really want to learn that some one is suffering from the side effects quite severely, and is anxious about the side effects. The tablets ruined our marriage, we had not had a proper intimate relationship from the time he started taking the tablets. Is it not about time for the medical profession to wake up and smell the coffee,
if people are suffering from depression as a result of the tablets then they should take a long hard look at the pharmaceuticals. I for one am very anti drugs of any kind. To watch your spouse become a wreck within two years of starting on medication and ending his life don't you think there is a connection. I certainly do. Colin was a great person to be with before he started taking the tablets. Just a few short weeks into taking them he started to loose his personality and became distant and depressed, and then it continued to grow and grow until it became for him insurmountable. He was so distressed that he even handed in his notice at work and regretted it. Because his mind was so distracted and off course. Sometimes I think that the medical profession as just happy to give people pills to keep them quiet and hope that they will go away. Well I am not one of them. I have not been happy with the medical profession ever since I was a little girl.
Now with death of my mother and my husband due to their lack of understanding I think it is amazing that these so called professionals are so blind. In the case of my mother, she suffered all her life with one thing or another and was constantly being given this pill or that, that in the end her kidney was not able to function, I believe the combination of drugs and lack of putting two and two together my mother developed kidney cancer, what about investing some time and energy into finding out the connections between drugs and cancer. This would be a really good idea. Afteral if you look at the amount of people who are on one or two prescription drugs that end up with cancer - I would think there could be a connection. I think that they should look more closely at the links of anxiety and fear in people lives as the root cause of their high blood pressure, whatever the fear or potential fear or their perception it would be better for people to listen to that before they start doling out tablets.
Depression - my poor beloved husband, before he started taking the drugs he was a happy chappy, in spite of his constant looking for trouble and trying to prevent health problems in the end his obession killed him. Had he not been taking the drugs he would not have gone down that road. NOW I have lost my best friend.
When I look back across our life together and see how much we had shared in the way of travelling about places and see that at the last year of my husbands life we did not go away at all. It is tragic to think that tablets can have such a devestating effect on a persons life.
As I have said before the medical profession really do need to look more closely when a person comes and visits them, especially if they have brought their spouse in to speak too. When my husbands Dr said the he would sort the blood pressure first then look at the ways of managing Colin's anxiety I was horrified. As when we went into see another Dr who prescribed Diazepan knowing that the side effects were dangerous, I even questioned her logic in prescribing the drug to my husband, especially after i had just said that he was feeling suicidal about the tablets already. One of the side effects of this drug is known to be suicide - so please people check what you are taking, do you really need it. You can find alternatives. Dont just take the Medical Professions word for it because in the cases I have mentioned they clearly did not know what they were talking about.
I would never allow them to be any where near me with anything, I recently went to see the Dr myself about some issues I was having with my breasts however, as I had already discovered before I went into see the Drs it was stress related, when it was confirmed I knew then that no matter what you may think you have a right to a second opinion and seek advise from various sources, check out whether your symptoms are real or imaginary.
On the postmortem which was carried out on my husband all that was wrong with him was what we already knew about, he had a defective heart valve which he had been born with, at the potential for arterial stenosis. That was not giving him any trouble at all, he was able to out walk me, swim 60 lengths of a pool without getting tired, he could run. This did not look like a man who was about to die, but unfortunately due to his mental state brought on by his drugs which increased his anxiety to such a degree that he took his own life.
Please forgive me for being so blunt. Do watch what you are taking. Look carefully at your loved ones. I lost my husband due to medical neglect I believe because they were unable to percieve the real cause of my husbands problem even though I was right there saying he needed help I could not give him. He needed to see someone who could encourage him to see a more positive side of life. He would not listen to me and hence he ended up going round in circles in his mind about how ill he was. When in fact there was nothing the matter. He lost his sense of taste and smell - but there was no evidence in his head of anything that could have caused it.

People with the ectomorph body type typically appear skinny. These are the people that are being categorically referred to as "hard gainers" in the world of bodybuilding. They have a fragile and delicate physique--they have light bones, small joints, and very little muscle. Ectomorphs are generally not naturally powerful and, as such, they need to work extra hard (much harder than endomorphs and mesomorphs) to be able to build muscle and gain strength.
The only advantage that ectomorphs have over the two other body types is that they have the least amount of fat in their body and they can stay that way without putting much of any effort in it. Ectomorphs can practically eat anything they want and as much as they want and do not have to worry about gaining a single ounce of fat. Even if an ectomorph does gain any fat at all, he/she wouldn't have to work as hard as endomorphs and mesopmorphs to shed the fat he/she has gained.
Mesomorphs generally have a large bone structure, large muscles and a naturally athletic physique. People with this body type are the ones that are considered to be gifted with the "good" kind of genes (as far as body/muscle building is concerned) because they are naturally strong and they find it quite easy to gain and lose weight and to build muscle. As for people with the third body type, the endomorph, their physique is generally round and soft and presents the illusion that much of their body mass is concentrated in the abdominal area. A very good advantage of endomorphs over ectomorphs is that they can build muscle as easily as the mesomorphs. The problem is that they are also easy to gain fat which is very difficult for them to shed.
The main reason why I'm telling you this is because, depending on your body type, you may find it really hard to reduce your body fat (if you are an endomorph), or you may feel that it is taking you forever to see any muscle gain on your body. Keep in mind that it can be done, whether it's to lose fat or to put on some muscle mass. Everyone can get ripped regardless of their body type and I will be talking here about the things that will allow you to achieve your goal in the shortest possible time.
But before that, I'd like to clarify what I meant by "shortest possible time". Please don't mistake it for "a very short time" because that's definitely not what I meant by that. The thing is, people (ectomorphs in particular) can gain only up to 5 pounds of muscle in a year considering that they are doing everything right (from their workout, to their diet, to their lifestyle). Mesomorphs can achieve a bit more than that, but let's just focus on the majority for the meantime. Now, by "shortest possible time" I don't mean that you can pack on 5 pounds of muscle in less than a year. What I'm saying is if your body is capable of gaining 5 pounds of muscle in a year, you will gain all that 5 pounds of muscle in a year and not a month longer.
Anyway, if you want to build muscle and stay lean, diet is very important. If you want to reduce your body fat and really lean down you have to pay close attention to what you are eating. If you are somebody who tends to put on weight easier you would want to reduce the wheat, get rid of the refined sugars, and focus more on raw foods and vegetables and some good quality protein.
From a workout perspective you need to be doing full body exercises and you need to train with heavier weights. Some of the exercises that you would want to do are squats, pull-ups, dead lifts, push presses, military press, and all sorts of full body compound exercises that get a lot of muscle involved using heavier weights.
If you really want to pack on the muscle, you need to be able to do 5 or 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps of these exercises, doing a lot of work on your large muscle groups.
This type of workouts are metabolic meaning that it gets your heart rate up and gets you breathing heavily. Getting a lot of muscle involved is great for burning fat because they force a lot of muscle fibers. The heavier the weight you use, the more muscles need to be engaged to lift it, and that's a really good thing.
On top of that, you need to do a little bit of integral cardio. Cardio is very beneficial if you are looking to really take the fat level down. You would want to do 15 to 20 minutes of cardio workout about 3 times a week either after your strength training workouts or on their own.
Now, there's nothing wrong about doing long version cardio. People have been talking about it as just a waste of time. But the thing is, you can't do integrals all the time. You need something to balance out and allow your body to recover a little bit better and a longer duration and lighter intensity cardio can be helpful in burning fat and, at the same time, allowing your body to recuperate from the workouts.
So, if you really build muscle and stay lean, just follow those guidelines. They're a great way to start you off. Another thing to keep in mind is that determination and discipline are also important if you really want to achieve your goals. You can't expect to get ripped just by working out for a few months. You can't expect yourself to shed fat and keep it away if you are just going to gorge on junk foods after you slim down.
